The European University Sports Association (EUSA) has promoted its activities during the LUPA Festival, an event for non-Governmental organisations to raise awareness of what they do and highlight their work.

The festival took place at Presern Square in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where the EUSA’s headquarters are based.

Despite poor weather, around 100 organisations had a presence at the festival, including the EUSA.

EUSA’s stand was prepared and managed by EUSA volunteer Aleksandra Andreeva, and staff members Andrej Pisl and Hristina Hristova.

EUSA’s stand included material reflecting on the European Universities Games in Lodz, Poland, held in July, and looking forward to the International Day of University Sport, scheduled for September 20.

The stand also promoted the upcoming European Week of Sport from September 23 to 30, as well as forthcoming European Universities Championships next year.

Visitors were able to challenge EUSA representatives through a mini basketball game and memory game, with EUSA gadgets given to participants.
