Tokyo 2020 C3 individual pursuit silver medallist Finlay Graham enjoyed a great outing at the 2022 Para Cycling Road World Championships in Baie-Comeau today.

Graham was the fastest in the C3 road race and grabbed gold in 1:49.31.

Steffen Warias of Germany was the silver medallist in the event after crossing the line in 1:49.45.

The bronze medal went to Eduardo Santas Asensio of Spain who clocked 1:49.55.

Ricardo Ten Argilés of Spain cruised to the men's C1 road race in 1:50.07.

The silver medallist was almost four minutes behind him, underlining Argilés' domination.

Aaron Keith grabbed the second place for the United States in 1:54.45 while Carlos Alberto Gomes Soares took the bronze for Brazil in 1:56.43.

Ronan Grimes took a career-best result in winning gold in the men's C4 road race.

He was one of the five riders who reached the finish together in 2:04.31, beating Louis Clincke of Belgium and George Peasgood of Britain for the title.

Among women, Maike Hausberger of Germany defended her C2 road race title.

Hausberger crossed the finish line in 1hour 45min and 31sec to take the gold medal.

Carolina Daniela Munevar Florez of Colombia clocked 1:45.35 to win the silver medal while Flurinaa Rigling of Switzerland bagged bronze with the same time as Florez.

Rio 2016 C5 road time trial bronze medallist Samantha Bosco of the United States won the women's C4 road race in 2:00.05.

Behind her in second was Meg Lemon of Australia who clocked 2:03.27 while home favourite Keely Shaw settled for bronze with a timing of 2:03.29.
