Mikaël Kingsbury went to the top of the moguls standings on home snow, having won his fifth race of the season and his second of the weekend at the International Ski Federation Freestyle Ski World Cup in Mont-Tremblant.

Kingsbury was victorious yesterday in front of Sweden's Walter Wallberg and Ikuma Hiroshima of Japan, and it was the exact same podium today.

The Canadian overcame Hiroshima, who was top of qualification, to overtake him in the standings.

He was already top when dual moguls results are included, but is also now first in the individual moguls too.

Kingsbury scored 85.59 points for the gold medal, with Wallberg winning silver again with 82.66.

Hiroshima was the bronze medallist with 78.78, just in front of young American Nick Page.

Kazakhstan's Pavel Kolmakov and Benjamin Cavet of France completed the final run line-up in fifth and sixth.

Perrine Laffont topped the women's final with a total of 82.55 to win gold and keep the pressure on World Cup rivals Australian Jakara Anthony and Anri Kawamura of Japan.

It was her first individual moguls gold of the season.

Anthony was a distance behind with 79.02, losing crucial points on her turns, and Kawamura was just in front of compatriot Kisara Sumiyoshi for the bronze.

Olivia Giaccio of the United States and Japan's Junko Hoshino were fifth and sixth.

Anthony is now just four points behind Kawamura in the moguls standings but top of the overall ranks.

Laffont is 15 points behind the Australian and has moved into second in the overall.
