Vyacheslav Kim has been unanimously re-elected as President of the Kazakhstan Taekwondo Federation at its Annual Conference.

Kim was first elected in 2013, taking over from Shamsat Isabekov, who had led the National Federation since 1995.

Isabekov continues to serve as the Kazakhstan Taekwondo Federation's Honorary President.

The vote was taken by the heads of the Federations from Kazakhstan's capital Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent.

Kim became a member of the Board of Trustees of the Almaty Triathlon Federation in 2018 and has also held a Presidential role at the Kazakhstan Kendo and Iaido Federation.
