The International Swimming League (ISL) has asked all National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) swimmers who wish to withdraw from the upcoming ISL Draft to inform the organisation today.

With the cooling-off period ending today, any NCAA swimmers who have confirmed their registration for the ISL Draft and have not withdrawn will be eligible to be selected.

Those who wish to maintain their collegiate status are asked to inform the ISL of their withdrawal today, which is the last day of the three-week period.

The ISL made this exemption after the NCAA Division I Council decided to extend eligibility for student athletes by one more year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It means swimmers can compete in a fifth year.
