Paris is set to host the third stage of the Archery World Cup season with competition taking place at the Charlety Stadium.

The World Cup event follows the conclusion of the final World Archery qualifier for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics at the venue today.

Attention will now turn towards the World Cup circuit, with women’s and men’s recurve qualification beginning tomorrow.

United States’ Brady Ellison and Turkey’s Mete Gazoz will be among the field in the men’s recurve competition.

The latter heads into the event boosted by his qualification to Tokyo 2020 earlier this month.

Newly crowned European champion Lisa Barbelin features in the women’s recurve competition.

Compound qualification will begin on Wednesday (June 23).

World number one Tanja Gellenthien of Denmark and Britain’s Ella Gibson could be ones to watch in the women’s event.

Dutch star Mike Schloesser features in the men’s field.

Competition will continue until Saturday (June 26) when the finals will take place.
