Ádám Blázsovics is the new world number one in singles after the International Federation of Teqball unveiled fresh rankings.

The Hungarian, the reigning world champion in both singles and doubles, takes over at the top from Poland's Adrian Duszak.

Blázsovics, who has regained his place at the summit, has 21,792 ranking points with Duszak now second on 18,490.

Romania's Apor Györgydeák keeps hold of third place on 14,227 but fourth and fifth place have swapped around.

Csaba Bányik of Hungary has leapfrogged France's Julien Grondin, boasting 9,348 points to his rival's 8,336.

Eswatini's Taribo Bhembe is a brand new entry in the rankings, placing seventh on 4,608 points.

France's Hugo Rabeux has climbed up nine positions to claim the last spot inside the top 10, where he has 3,679 points.

In the doubles rankings, Blázsovics has kept his position at the top which he shares with Bányik.

The pair both sit on 27,325 points.

The standings feature both male and female players and American Carolyn Greco has climbed up two places to sit inside the top 10 in ninth.

She has 11,831 points.

Brazil's Marquinhos Viera and Natalia Guitler top the mixed doubles standings on 8,135 points.
