The United States' Oksana Masters has won a fourth race out of four at the Para Nordic Skiing World Cup in Kranjska Gora in Slovenia, this time triumphing in the women's sitting middle-distance cross-country.

Masters once again got the better of compatriot Kendall Gretsch, finishing more than 50 seconds ahead in a time of 24min 13.4sec.

Marta Zainullina of Russia narrowly claimed the bronze medal.

An all-Ukrainian podium occurred again in the women's standing race, but the winner this time was Oleksandra Kononova in a time of 26:27.5, finishing far ahead of favourite Liudmyla Liashenko.

Yuliia Batenkova-Bauman won the bronze medal.

Russia had a one-two finish in the women's visually impaired race, led by Vera Khlyzova in 25:42.0.

Anna Panferova was 22sec down in second, and Carina Edlinger of Austria claimed third place.

Russia won all the men's races again - one of them being in the men's sitting thanks to the efforts of Ivan Golubkov in 29:46.7.

Italy's Giuseppe Romele and Russia's Aleksandr Davidovich claimed the silver and bronze medals respectively.

Stanislav Chokhlaev led another Russian one-two in the men's visually impaired, winning by nearly a minute in 27:37.4.

Russian Nikolai Polukhin claimed the silver medal ahead of Ukrainian Dmytro Suiarko.

The final race of the day saw Vladislav Lekomtsev win the men's standing in a time of 26:57.6, comfortably ahead of France's Benjamin Daviet.

Rushan Minnegulov, also of Russia, completed the top three.

Like Masters, Lekomtsev has won all four races at the World Cup so far.

A rest day is scheduled tomorrow, ahead of biathlon contests on Tuesday (March 9) and Wednesday (March 10).
