Indonesia's Rizki Juniansyah bagged his home nation three gold medals as he put in a dominant performance on day four of the International Weightlifting Federation Online Youth World Cup.

In the men's 73 kilogram category, Juniansyah started off in convincing fashion in the snatch event, lifting 145kg to claim his first gold - 20kg ahead of the silver medallist.

That silver medallist was Canada's Shad Darsigny, who lifted 125kg, while Kazakhstan's Meirambek Abdikalyk took bronze after he lifted 123kg.

Juniansyah's clean and jerk and overall titles looked to be confirmed after his first lift in the clean and jerk.

Starting a great distance in front of the rest of the field, he went on to lift a colossal 180kg - a full 22kg more than the silver medallist, Maksym Demchyshyn of Ukraine.

After a close battle with Abdikalyk, Canada's Darsigny won the bronze, also finishing ahead of the Kazakh for overall bronze too.

Demchyshyn's performance in the clean and jerk put him into silver in the overall, but Juniansyah was in a league of his own, finishing 46kg ahead of the Ukrainian to win gold.

The women's 59kg had all the action, but Colombia's Dubaney Sinisterra was the main benefactor - picking up two gold medals in the weight class.

Her first came in the snatch where she started light and built her way up to the top, taking advantage of failures by her opponents - eventually lifting a best of 77kg.

Germany's Vicky Shlittig had started with the heaviest lift, but failed to get in a legal mark - ending her chances of a snatch or overall medal.

Poland's Maria Polka and the United States' Diana Irizarry both finished on 73kg for silver and bronze respectively.

But the clean and jerk spotlight was put on Irizarry who lifted 95kg to win the US' first title of the IWF Online Youth World Cup.

Polka pushed her all the way for the silver with a lift of 95kg, while Sinisterra was a distance off in the bronze medal position with a best attempt of 91kg.

However, the Colombian would still win the overall title in the tightest top three seen so far.

Winning the gold on countback ahead of Irizarry, both weightlifters finished on 168kg, while Polka was just behind with a final total of 167kg.

The United States and Colombia won their first gold medals on the day, while Juniansyah's three golds propelled Indonesia into second on the medal table behind Peru with both nations so far winning five world titles.
