The Cerebral Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association (CPISRA) has launched a challenge series.

Every month, the CPISRA will set a different distance and encourage participants to send their fastest time in.

September's challenge is a one kilometre time trial.

Competitors must prove that they completed the challenge by sending a screenshot of their activity or a photograph of a time recorded by a recognised CPISRA official.

Times will then be entered in to the league table for the month.

Participants can also devise and complete their own challenges and receive a gold, silver or bronze merit award from the CPISRA.

The CPISRA challenge series is free to enter and anyone with cerebral palsy or a related condition can take part.
