Clothing brand GTS will remain the official clothing sponsor of the International Luge Federation (FIL) after the governing body extended a partnership through to 2026.

FIL President Josef Fendt and executive director Christoph Schweiger signed the agreement with Peter Gerhofer, the managing director of TEXSPO-GTS.

The latest contract extension will see GTS remain the official clothing supplier until 2026, with an option to extend until 2030.

"We are very happy to have such a reliable and innovative partner for FIL outfitting," said Schweiger.

"Managing director Peter Gerhofer and his team fully identify themselves with our sport of luge."

The Linz-based company initially partnered with the FIL for the 2018-2019 season.
