Teqball Poland has pledged to develop the Para-version of the sport as popularity grows in the European country.

Poland has been one of the nations focused on amputee teqball, as well as the able-bodied version, and is looking to make it a priority in future.

Kajetan Listkiewicz and Krysztof Ochedalski are the founders of the governing body.

They said: "Para-teqball is a very important and valuable project which brings us together as one big family and regardless of what is different about us, we are looking for what is common for all of us - this passion for teqball."

Teqball Poland's participation numbers are growing after three years of progress, and they now have at least 10 clubs.

The governing body was created when the two founders saw videos on the internet of the sport, and contacted the International Teqball Federation to create a national association.

They became a partner in 2017 before being registered in October of last year.

In this short period of time Poland has achieved a lot, including silver and bronze medals at the Teqball World Championships.

At the Teqball Masters 2019 competition in Saudi Arabia, Poland also won a gold medal.
