British wheelchair sport organisation WheelPower have released adaptive yoga videos encouraging wheelchair users to exercise at home.

With the majority of people in Britain told to stay inside due to the coronavirus pandemic, WheelPower released two videos to encourage home exercise.

Each class is led by Nina Boswell Brown, who shows viewers how to complete yoga poses in a safe and effective way.

Each video lasts around 30 minutes, with the first demonstrating gentle stretching for the neck, shoulders and arms for wheelchair users.

The second video focuses on movements for the spine.

WheelPower is based in Stoke Mandeville, home of the Paralympic movement, and provides opportunities for people with physical impairments to take part in sport.

The adaptive yoga videos can be found here.
