Taekwondo Canada's first-ever women competition development bursaries are now open for application.

The scheme is part of the governing body's efforts to increase the number of female coaches who are eligible, and ultimately selected for, international positions.

Eight bursaries are on offer and are worth $CAD2,000 (£1,100/$1,400/€1,300) each.
