The International Ski Federation (FIS) held development camps for the ski jumping and Nordic combined disciplines.

The sessions were held in the Italian resort of Tarvisio, the Austrian resort of Villach and Planica in Slovenia.

A total of 51 athletes and coaches from across eight countries participated.

Sandro Sambugaro was the leader of the camp, assisted by Michael Lunardi and Georgi Zharkov for the ski jumping sessions and by Emanuele Becchis for cross-country.

Good weather conditions allowed participants to complete a number of jumps on a range of hill sizes.

Specific cross-country training sessions were also held with a focus on technical movements.

A special games evening was organised to increase interaction among participants, while the coaches held a final meeting to summarise the feedback from the camp and note down ideas for future editions.

Similar sessions have previously been arranged, with a camp taking place in the Milan Cortina d'Ampezzo 2026 Winter Olympic Games venues in October.
