Finland defeated Germany 6-0 to win the 2019 World Team Disc Golf Championship in Alutaguse in Estonia.

The Finns had cruised to a 6-2 victory in the semi-finals against hosts Estonia at Mäetaguse Disc Golf Park.

Germany won 5-3 against Austria to reach the final, but were outclassed by Finland in the third edition of World Flying Disc Federation's (WFDF) premier disc golf event.

In the classification matches, Czech Republic won 6-2 against France to secure fifth place.

New Zealand won 6-2 against Britain for ninth and Lithuania finished 11th with a 6-2 win against Spain.

The previous editions of the event took place in Vancouver in Canada in 2016 and the English town of Colchester in 2017.

The WFDF is in the process of deciding the hosts of the 2021 and 2023 tournaments.
