Switzerland top the team standings after the first part of dressage at the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) Eventing Nations Cup event in Haras du Pin in France.

The country's rider Felix Vogg and horse Colero finished on 29.2 penalty points on day one of the Le Grand Complet leg.

The Netherlands are second through Merel Blom and Ceda with 31.4 points, while France are third through Karim Florent Laghouag and Punch de l'Esques with 31.9 points.

Completing the top seven are Sweden, Great Britain, Belgium and Italy.

After four previous legs of the FEI Eventing Nations Cup season, Italy are setting the pace on 290 points.

Sweden are second with 285 points, while The Netherlands are third with 250.
