The International Ski Federation Freestyle Skiing World Cup tour is set to resume tomorrow when Font Romeu in France plays hosts to the opening day of this season's second slopestyle event.

Following women's qualification tomorrow and men's qualification on Friday (January 11), the finals for both genders are scheduled for Saturday (January 12).

Sweden's Henrik Harlaut won the season-opening men's event, held in Stubai in Austria in November, and the 2018 Winter X Games slopestyle gold medallist currently tops the World Cup standings with 100 points.

The United States' Mac Forehand is second with 80 points, while Norway's Ferdinand Dahl is third with 60.

Leading the way in the women's World Cup standings is Estonian teenager Kelly Sildaru, who, like Harlaut, triumphed in Stubai.

The double Winter X Games slopestyle champion has 100 points to her name with reigning Olympic champion Sarah Hoefflin second on 80 and fellow Swiss Mathilde Gremaud third on 60.

A further four slopestyle events are scheduled for the 2018-2019 campaign after the stop in Font Romeu.

The season will conclude with a stop in Silvaplana in Switzerland on March 30.
