After winning gold in the women's 50 metre prone rifle final only two days ago at the Championship of the Americas in Mexico, Sarah Beard from the United States has now won the three-position rifle final as well.
Her second victory at the Club Cinegetico Jalisciense in Guadalajara bags the US an Olympic quota spot for the 2020 Games in Tokyo.
However, who will fill that spot will be decided following trials at a later date.
Twenty-seven-year-old Beard, who is the daughter of 1984 Olympian Bill Beard, topped the leaderboard from the beginning, qualifying first and eventually winning with 450.8.
The silver medal was won by Cuba's Dianelys Perez who scored 445.7, while the bronze was claimed by Puerto Rico's Yarimar Mercado Martinez with a score of 432.6.
Gold medallist Beard also earned an air pistol Olympic quota in 2016 but is yet to make an Olympic team.
