Recruiting for a junior sports politics reporter

A rare opportunity has arisen to work as a journalist for the world's leading independent Olympic news website, www.insidethegames.biz. The award-winning insidethegames.biz reaches the top decision-makers in the Olympic Movement, Paralympics, Commonwealth Games, Universiade, Continental Games (such as European, Pacific, Asian, African and Pan-Am Games) and opinion-formers across the world.

We are looking for a reporter to help us ensure that our content reflects insidethegames' reputation for world-class journalism and our profile as the world's leading Olympic news website. You will be capable of working quickly under extreme pressure as part of a small but dedicated team, have an unrivalled attention to detail, an eye for an outstanding and engaging news story and the ability to provide in-depth analysis and be informative. You will be expected to travel (often abroad) regularly at short notice and work unsocial hours, including weekends, on a regular basis. You will be based in the insidethegames' office in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. Some experience is preferred but we will consider outstanding self-starters. We also encourage applications from candidates who have not studied journalism.
