RallyMe has signed a deal to become the official fundraising partner of USA Hockey.

The leading platform for online athletic fundraising, who already work with over 40 national governing bodies and top sports organisations worldwide, have entered into a multi-year partnership.

"We’re excited about our new partnership with RallyMe," USA Hockey executive director Pat Kelleher said.

"RallyMe will be a terrific resource for our local associations across the country that are looking for help in raising funds to support their programmes."

USA Hockey claim the company has "helped thousands of athletes raise millions, while garnering average contributions that are 66 per cent higher than contributions made to general interest online fundraising sites".

RallyMe, whose headquarters are in Salt Lake City, are currently partnered with a number of leading sports governing bodies in the US, including USA Cycling, USA Weightlifting and USA Wrestling.

They also work with Cross Country Canada, the National Wheelchair Basketball Association and eSoccer.

"As the RallyMe platform was literally born in the hockey locker room, we are especially thrilled to be working to help USA Hockey grow the game by helping clubs, teams, and athletes raise money to pursue their hockey goals,” said Bill Kerig, chief executive officer and founder of RallyMe.

"Knowing how tight-knit the hockey community is, we are confident that we can help raise money to ensure that every hockey player has a shot at achieving their dreams.”
