Senior world ski cross champion Sandra Näslund added the junior title to her collection in Valmalenco.

The Swede was successful at the International Ski Federation (FIS) Junior Freestyle Skiing World Championships at the Italian resort today.

The 20-year-old won the senior title in Sierra Nevada in Spain last month and beat her team-mate Lisa Andersson to the line in the big final at the junior event.

Canada's Alexa Velcic was third to prevent a Swedish clean-sweep of the medals, with Alexandra Edebo fourth.
