South Korea will meet Mexico in the men's recurve team final at the Archery World Cup in Antalya.

Both countries progressed to the gold medal match at the Turkish venue today, with the Korean line-up of Ku Bonchan, Kim Woojin and Lee Seungyun seeing off Brazilian rivals 6-0.

The Mexican line-up of Ernesto Boardman, Juan Rene Serrano and Oldair Zamora beat the United States 5-3 in their last four clash.

Despite their defeat, the Brazilians can take comfort in a first medal match for ten years when they face the Americans for bronze.

The only other time Brazil’s recurve men’s team shot in the final field of a World Cup was back in 2006 at the first ever stage in Porec in Croatia.

The trio of Daniel Rezende, Bernardo Oliveira and Marcelo Costa could then make history ahead of their home Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

South Korea also qualified for the women's team recurve final after a 6-0 last four win over Italy.

They will meet a Russian side who saw off India 5-1.

In compound competition, the men's team final will be contested by the US and Italy.

The Americans came through their semi-final against Denmark, 234-232, while the Italians beat France 233-223.

In the women's team compound, Russia edged India 228-227 to reach the gold medal match.

They will meet The Netherlands, 229-222 winners over Indonesia.

The team finals are due to take place on Saturday (June 18).
