Mamet Ibragimov also secured a host nation Olympic berth at 97kg, winning a tight battle with Mongolia's Khuderbulga Dorjkhand in his semi-final.

Magomed Musaev of Kyrgyzstan beat his Central Asian rival 3-2 in the final.

Kyrgyzstan’s third ticket was pocketed by Asia champion Aisuluu Tynybekova,  who needed a late flurry to pull off a 7-7 last-point win over North Korea's Jong Insum in the women’s 58kg semi-finals.

Mongolia also claimed another spot courtesy of Yarygin Grand Prix champion Orkhon Purevdorj.

Tynybekova won the final 10-5.

South Korea's world and Olympic champion Kim Hyeon-Woo overcame Yang Bin of China in the Greco Roman under 75kg before beating Dilshod Turdiev of Uzbekistan in the final 12-2 by fall.

London 2012 bronze medalist Yogeshwar Dutt of India also secured a place in the freestyle under 65kg division.

He then won the gold medal after China's Asian Games bronze medalist Katal Yeerlanbieke withdrew before the final.
