The initial two-year deal, covering the 2016 and 2017 seasons, will deem Oasis the official records and information partner to Cricket Ireland.

They will also sponsor Cricket Ireland’s Coach of the Year award at its annual awards ceremony.

The company operate across the Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as the United Kingdom, Belgium and The Netherlands.

“The partnership will enable us to promote the Oasis Group brand through the support of Ireland’s fastest growing sport, through cricket’s extensive media coverage and through their involvement in the community," said Oasis Group chief executive Dennis Barnedt.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
