Tickets for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games have gone on sale in Switzerland following a launch held on August 12 in the city of Ittigen.

With just a year to go until the Games fans are now able to buy pre-sale tickets from the Swiss Olympic Association’s official partner Globetrotter Travel Service.

Tickets for the Games are available in various price ranges enabling fans to watch athletes from all around the world to compete in 28 sports to earn the covered Olympic medals.

In addition to being the official ticket sales office, the company will also help those wishing to travel to next year’s Games in the Brazilian city with their travel plans.

Globetrotter Travel Service offer a variety of attractive packages including flights, hotels and tickets for individuals, while fans groups and companies will also be able to purchase tickets through the travel agency.

Trips to Rio and connections from locations throughout Brazil can be booked through the company, with the Games providing an ideal opportunity for spectators to travel across the country.
