Astana Arlans Kazakhstan have won 10 out 10 in Group B of the World Series of Boxing ©WSBAstana Arlans Kazakhstan tonight beat Group B rivals Azerbaijan Baku Fires 4-1 in the World Series of Boxing (WSB) to record their tenth successive win.

Kazakhstan are now just three victories away from going throughout the entire regular season undefeated.

Flyweight Olzhas Sattibayev set them on their way in Shymkent, beating Azerbaijan's Murad Rabadanov to maintain his unbeaten record and condemn his opponent to a first defeat of the campaign. 

The Baku Fires brought themselves back on level terms after lightweight Albert Selimov, who is on the brink of qualifying for Rio 2016 through the WSB, defeated Zakir Safiullin to earn his fifth consecutive win of the season.

But their reprieve was short lived as Kazakhstan's light heavyweight Hrvoje Sep scored a resounding victory over Mikhail Dauhaliavets before welterweight Kanagat Maralov claimed a split-decision win against Parviz Baghirov to seal the triumph.

Elsewhere in Group B, USA Knockouts suffered a surprise 4-1 defeat at the hands of Caciques Venezuela, whose chances of qualifying have been reignited by this victory in Caracas. 

Venezuela began the night with a 1-0 advantage after the USA's Steven Nelson pulled out of his light heavyweight match against Albert Ramon Ramirez Duran.

USA's Maliek Dawnnell Montgomery beat Fradimil Macayo to register a point for his side after flyweight Eduard Johan Bermúdez Salas had defeated Brent Venegas III to put Venezuela 2-0 to the good.

The Venzuelan victory was secured by welterweight Gabriel Maestre Perez before Edgar Ramon Munoz Mata added extra gloss to the scoreline.

Sandwiched between the two teams in the standings is fourth-placed Italia Thunder, who lost out 4-1 to the Puerto Rico Hurricanes in San Juan. 

Bottom side Argentina Condors finally got off the mark thanks to a 3-2 win against Rafako Hussars Poland in San Luis, while in Group A, Mexico Guerreros made it five wins in a row after overcoming Algeria Desert Hawks by the same scoreline in Blida.

The Mexican franchise are pushing third-placed Ukraine Otamans all the way, with just a single point separating the two outfits. 

Flyweight Orlando Huitzil Ahuatl opened the scoring for the Guerreros, and although Algerian lightweight Reda Benbaziz cancelled out the deficit, welterweight Marvin Cabrera and light heavyweight Rogelio Romero sealed the victory.
