Shaikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa will chair the meeting ©BOCBahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) member Shaikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa will chair the second meeting of the Committee supervising the Arab Women's Clubs Games, to be held in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Shaikha Hayat, also the chairwoman of the Women's Sport Committee at the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees, will discuss a number of issues relating to the Games, which are due to be held in February 2016.

Issues on the agenda will include the bylaw of the Games, in addition to the competition schedules and the programme of events.

Sponsorship, marketing and broadcast rights will also be discussed with the competition just over a year away.

Shaikha Hayat, who recently attended the International Table Tennis Federation World Team Cup in Dubai, in her role as President of the Bahrain Table Tennis Association, will be accompanied at the meeting by BOC Arab public relations head Mohammed Al Zayed.

The Arab Women's Clubs Games held in 2016, will be the third will be the third edition of the games, with the previous Games seeing more than 900 athletes from 14 countries taking part.

It saw them compete at various locations in a range of traditional and modern sports, and the second meeting of the Organising Committee will see preparations made seeking to build upon the success of previous Games.
