It was Japan 1, France 1 in the final group A match of the IBSA Blind Football World Championship ©IBSA/FacebookArgentina, Paraguay and Japan are all through to the second round of the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) Blind Football World Championship following victories in Tokyo.

Argentina defeated South Korea 2-1 to join their South American rivals Brazil in Group C, the title holders, in the second round, while Paraguay went through on six points after overcoming Morocco 1-0.

Joining them from Group A are hosts Japan, who drew 1-1 with France but went through from the group on five points.

Elsewhere, China and Turkey's Group B match ended in a 0-0 draw.

The action is due to continue in the Japanese capital tomorrow with Brazil facing China, Turkey taking on Colombia, Spain going head to head with South Korea and Argentina battling Germany.
