August 10 - Britain's Lutalo Muhammad failed to fully capitalise on his controversial selection ahead of world number one Aaron Cook as he took a bronze medal in the Olympic taekwondo competition – but there was a bigger shock as reigning world champion Sarah Stevenson fell in the first round.
