L-R Sandra Isola Vice President CAH Carlos Retegui Coach Argentina men Anibal Fernandez President CAH and Emanuel Roggero Coach Argentina womenMay 29 - Pan American champions Emanuel Roggero and Carlos Retegui are the new head coaches of the Argentinean women's and men's hockey teams respectively, Argentina Hockey Confederation (CAH) President Aníbal Fernández has announced.

Roggero (pictured top, far right) will oversee Las Leonas - who won the silver medal at the London 2012 Olympics - a team he has previously served as assistant coach to Gabriel Minadeo in 2005, while Retegui (pictured top, second left) will return to lead the men, having guided them to bronze at the 2008 International Hockey Federation (FIH) Champions Trophy in Rotterdam.

The two coaches, who have both been involved in World Cups, Olympics and Junior World Cups, are now working with their teams at the National Centre for High Performance Sport to prepare for the upcoming World League Semi-Final events.

Argentina's women will be heading to London to compete in the Investec Hockey World League Semi Final on June 22 until 30, while the men have their sights set on their competition in the Malaysian city of Johor Bahru from June 29 to July 7.
