As the sport's governing body's Official British Broadcast Partner, BT Sport will show extended PSA World Tour tournament highlights giving squash fans the chance to look out for British talent, such as three-time men's world champion Nick Matthew and 2013 women's world champion Laura Massaro, and watch every semi-final and final encounter live from across the world.

Other select matches will also to be aired on the channel.

"We are delighted to have reached an agreement with BT Sport and look forward to working with them over the next few years in what we feel is a fantastic move for the sport," said PSA chief executive Alex Gough.

"BT are a major broadcaster with a dedicated focus on sports and throughout our negotiations it was clear that BT are genuinely passionate about squash and excited about what the sport will add to their current line-up.

"With the recent announcement regarding a merger between the WSA and PSA, aligned with our new three-year World Series tournament structure, the next few years promise to be an exciting time for squash and we feel that BT are a perfect partner for us in that journey."

As part of the deal, which was brokered by Broadreach Media, BT Sport will also receive branding at all UK-based PSA events.

"We're delighted to announce our partnership with the Professional Squash Association, making BT Sport the home of Squash in the UK," Simon Green, head of BT Sport, said.

"We look forward to delivering comprehensive coverage and highlights of the men's and women's World Series to fans in the UK."
