Paralympics Ireland, in partnership with sponsors Mondelez International, is hosting the event in the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin on October 4.

Organises are looking for swimmers who have the potential to compete for Ireland at Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020, or beyond.

They are seeking swimmers of any ability between the ages of eight to 24, though they can be older or younger, to attend the masterclass.

Experienced coaches and support staff will be on hand on the pool deck to guide swimmers through a tailored masterclass training session, followed by a question and answer with some of Ireland's medal-winning Paralympic swimmers and coaches.

Anyone wishing to take part needs to complete and return a registration form available here by Sunday (September 28).

The masterclass is due to run run from 2 until 5pm.
