Bidding opens for 2014 IPC Swimming European Championships

A fact sheet with further information has been sent to European National Paralympic Committees.
The 2011 IPC Swimming European Championships were held in Berlin with 440 swimmers from 36 countries taking place.
Ukraine finished top overall of the medals table, followed by Britain and Spain, as a total of 31 and 59 European records were broken.
