August 23 - British athletes collected two more Youth Olympic medals on day eight of competition in Singapore as the team’s Flag Bearer at the Opening Ceremony David Bolarinwa (pictured) won a silver medal in the men’s continental medley relay while Annie Tagoe claimed bronze in the women’s race.

August 22 - Britain's Tom Daley (pictured) missed out on a medal in the men’s 3 metre springboard final at the Summer Youth Olympic Games here tonight at the Toa Payoh Swimming Complex after a horrific third dive left him well down the field in ninth place with a lowly score of 514.35 points.

August 21 - Britain’s young rising tennis star Oliver Golding secured a gold medal at the inaugural Summer Youth Olympic Games here in alongside his Czech doubles partner Jiri Vesely as the pair comfortably triumphed 6-3 6-1 over Russian pair Victor Baluda and Mikhail Biryukov in a rain-affected encounter.
