Jessie-J-Vitamin-Water_21-09-11September 21 - Glacéau vitaminwater has chosen singer Jessie J to be their brand ambassador at the London 2012 Olympic Games in order, they claim, to help bring to life the brand's unique personality, colour and vibrancy.

Glacéau vitaminwater are owned by Worldwide Olympic Partner Coca-Cola after being bought by the American giants in 2007 and are widely known for the various lines of enhanced water they produce.

They have chosen Jessie J to lead a number of their Olympic related promotions including a new initiative called "Flavour Creator" that encourages the public to co-create an original new limited edition vitaminwater variant via their Facebook page.

Once created, the new limited edition flavour will be available throughout the London 2012 Games across Coca-Cola's European markets and will be supported through social media.

Jessie J said she was delighted to be selected as a brand ambassador by Glacéau vitaminwater and looking forward to being part of London 2012.

"The London 2012 Games is a once in a lifetime event and I am so excited to have the chance to be part of it," said the 23-year-old from London.

"It is a chance to show Britain at its best with music and sport and creativity combined.

"Good times."

Philippa Classey, business manager of North West Europe and Nordics at Glacéau vitaminwater, explained that Jessie J was an obvious choice to be their ambassador for London2012.

"Glacéau vitaminwater is thrilled to announce Jessie J as a partner in the run up to the London 2012 Olympic Games," Classey said.

"She is someone who really embodies the brand's sense of creativity and fun."

Classey added that the Flavour Creator initiative will be a great way for the public to be a part of London 2012.

"Flavour Creator will give our consumer the chance get involved in being part of London 2012, whilst helping us celebrate this once in a lifetime experience," she said.

Glacéau vitaminwater will now join Coca-Cola's core brands, including its energy drink product Powerade, in a huge promotional exercise to capitalise on their investment of the London 2012 Games.

The Coca-Cola Company is the longest continuous corporate partner of the Olympic Games having been involved in them since the Amsterdam 1928 Olympics.
