Bahrain Olympic Committee general secretary Abdulrahman Askar at the meeting with Incheon 2014 Asian Games rate card officials ©BOCIncheon 2014 Asian Games officials have met with chiefs from the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) to present to them the "National House" which will show their country off during the two weeks of sport.

Located close to the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, the House is geared towards promoting Bahrain's culture.

The two-storey building will have an exhibition hall on the ground floor with Bahrain's culture and sporting heritage flaunted.

The Bahrain Boat Show, henna tattoo and handcrafted artifacts exhibition will all feature.

On the second floor will be a VIP lounge, information desk, conference room and quiet room.

The plans were presented by Incheon 2014 Asian Games rate card officials Johnson Park and Ho Soung Jung to BOC general secretary Abdulrahman Askar.

BOC technical director Lounes Madene and international affairs director Fajer Jassim were also at the presentation in Seef.

After the meeting, Askar praised South Korea's efforts in preparing for the Games, which are due to be held from September 19 to October 4.

Bahrain is one of around 45 nations expected to take part in the 17th Asian Games.
