Australian Tess Coady clinched her second gold medal of the International Ski Federation (FIS) Junior Snowboard World Championships as she added the big air title to her slopestyle crown in Špindlerův Mlýn today.

Coady came into the concluding day of the event in the Czech resort full of confidence following her slopestyle triumph and she reigned supreme once again with a score of 167.25 points.

The big air podium was an exact replica of the previous day's slopestyle competition as Japan’s Reira Iwabuchi and Finland's Elli Pikkujamsa took home silver and bronze respectively.

Iwabuchi could not match the display of the Australian as the Japanese athlete narrowly missed out on gold by recording a score of 166.50.

Pikkujamsa was a distant third, finishing with 137.50 to seal her second medal of the event.

"I didn’t expect that at all," 16-year-old Coady said.

"Two gold medals in two days, I am really stoked."

Yuri Okubo of Japan claimed the men's honours as his efforts yielded an impressive score of 185.

Okubo led home a one-two for the Asian nation as Yutaro Miyazawa finished seven points adrift of his compatriot in second.

The bronze medal went the way of Enzo Valax of France, who ended with a total of 171.75.

Okubo was in pole position after the semi-finals and ensured he turned that advantage into a career-best result.

"I am very happy and satisfied with all my runs," said Okubo.

"We work as a team and have great support which I would like to thank everyone for."
