British Lionhearts gained a dominant 5-0 victory over Morocco Atlas Lions today in their first home World Series of Boxing (WSB) bout of the season at London's York Hall.

It marked the team's second successive victory after a narrow 3-2 victory over France Fighting Roosters in Paris.

Galal Yafai game the team the perfect start in today's Group B clash with a dominant victory in the under 49 kilograms division in the opening bout against Yassine Zaher.

The Rio 2016 Olympian produced a first round stoppage to get his team off to a winning start.

Peter McGrail then doubled the home side's advantage with a unanimous points win over Redouane Khachfen at under 56kg.

Conor Loftos won at under 64kg by the same scoreline against Youness Baati, before Zoltan Harcsa achieved a similar feat versus Youness Gharroumi at under 75kg.

The rout was then completed by heavyweight Josip-Bepo Filipi.

He won 3-0 over Abdeljalil Abouhamda.

A second Group B match is due to take place tomorrow as France Fighting Roosters take on group leaders Italia Thunder at the Salle de la Palestre in Le Cannet.
