British athletes win second medal at World Juniors
JULY 11 - BRITAIN won their second medal at the World Junior Championships in Bydgoszcz today when Meghan Beesley (pictured) took the bronze in the 400 metres hurdles.
The runner from Birchfield Harriers clocked a new personal best of 57.08sec in a race won by America's Takecia Jameson in 56.29 with Trinidad's Jameil Bellille in 56.84.
Beesley's performance followed that of Stoke's Ashlee Nelson, who won a silver medal in the 100m on Wednesday.
