The British team were in pole position after yesterday's Grand Prix in Compiègne and wrapped up the win with another assured performance today.

Richard Davison, riding Bubblingh, was the pick of the team in the freestyle as he scored 75.760 for sixth place.

Compatriot Charlotte Fry also finished in the top eight, scoring 72.015 per cent, and their totals combined were enough to earn victory for Britain.

Sweden were unable to usurp Britain, despite the superb displays from Patrik Kittel, who topped the individual Grand Prix standings yesterday.

Kittel, on board Well Done de la Roche, followed that result with second today.

The United States finished third.

Emmelie Scholtens of the Netherlands scooped the individual gold in the freestyle, scoring 81.585 per cent aboard Desperado.

But it was not enough to propel the Dutch team into a podium place as they ended the competition in fourth.
