Gustavo Fernandez of Argentina and top seed Gordon Reid of Great Britain will contest the men's singles final at the 2017 Open de France in Paris tomorrow.

Reid, the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games champion, required three sets to eventually beat Japan's Shingo Kunieda 6-2, 6-7, 6-4.

Fernandez, meanwhile, defeated Stephane Houdet of France.

The Argentine silenced the French crowd as he claimed a 7-6, 6-4 win over the tournament's second seed.

In the women's singles event, Yui Kamiji of Japan is through to the final.

The reigning French and Australian Open champion proved too strong for Diede de Groot of The Netherlands as she claimed a 6-4, 6-3 victory.

Today's win was the 30th in a row for the Japanese player.
