Serbia are poised to begin the defence of their EuroBasket Women title, with competition set to begin tomorrow in Prague.

The reigning champions head to the Czech Republic boosted by the news Sonja Petrovic and Ana Dabovic have overcome injury concerns.

Dabovic was named as the most valuable player at the 2015 tournament, which saw Serbia claim a 76-68 win over France in the final.

The Rio 2016 bronze medallists will meet France again at the 2017 event, with both teams having been place in Group C.

They will be joined by Greece and Slovenia in the group.

Serbia will begin their campaign against Greece tomorrow, while France and Slovenia will also clash.

The host nation will look to make a strong start when they begin their Group A campaign against Ukraine at the Hradec Králové Arena.
