Lucerne Tourism and TITLIS Cableways will act as a main sponsor for next year's World Men's Curling Championship in Las Vegas as well as the ongoing women's event in Beijing.

The two companies were announced as a sponsor for this year's World Women's Curling Championship before the tournament in the Chinese capital got underway.

They will also partner with the men's equivalent in the American city, which runs from March 31 to April 8, after they were secured as sponsors by Infront Sports & Media.

The rights package includes full brand exposure in camera view through advertising boards in prominent positions on-site as well as branding on interview backdrops for both companies.

Swiss-based TITLIS Cableways, established in 1913, will also have their logo on players' shirts during the 2018 World Men's Curling Championship.

"We are delighted that Infront has secured two familiar partners in Lucerne Tourism and TITLIS Cableways for the World Curling Championships," World Curling Federation President Kate Caithness said.

"The recurring cooperation shows that all parties are satisfied with their commitments and we greatly appreciate the support being given to these events in China and the United States.

"Taking full advantage of Infront's expertise, we will continue to develop our sport and make it even more captivating for viewers."

Lucerne Tourism director Marcel Perren said the World Curling Championships were an "ideal platform" to increase the recognition of the region.

"Lucerne and the experiences in the surrounding region are very popular with Asian and American tourists," he said.

"As main sponsors of the next two tournaments, Infront has once again offered an excellent opportunity to reach our international target audience.

"Furthermore, the cooperation with TITLIS Cableways allows us to combine forces and to thereby highlight the diversity the region offers."
