Commonwealth Games Scotland (CGS) has appointed two new members to its Board, including Colin Gregor, captain of the country's rugby sevens team at Glasgow 2014.

He is joined by former international judoka Susie Crawford, who is taking over as the marketing director from Jane Gotts following the completion of her four-year term.

The 34-year-old Gregor, who also represented Scotland at Melbourne 2006, has been chosen as the athletes' representative for the CGS.

He recently retired from the sport following a career during which he became the first Scottish player to score over 1,000 points in the International Rugby Board Sevens World Series.
