Triple Paralympics medallist Kai Schrameyer has led wheelchair tennis coaching sessions in four cities in Colombia.

The workshops were aimed at promoting the sport in the South American country, and also featured Colombian wheelchair tennis player Johana Martinez Bogota, ranked number 29 in the world.

It is hoped that those who took part have benefited from the knowledge of German Schrameyer, now an established coach endorsed by the International Tennis Federation.

He provided instruction on handling the wheelchair, mobility, technique and discipline.

The overall aim was to help players seek positive results at both national and international level.

The sessions which took place began in Bucaramanga, before heading to Pasto and capital Bogota.

The final city on the scheule was Valledupar.

Schrameyer won a Paralympic silver medal at Barcelona 1992, and also won doubles bronze in the Spanish city.
