South Korea enjoyed another superb day at the International Military Sports Council (CISM) World Games in Mungyeong today, winning five gold medals including a flagship triumph in archery.

In what has traditionally been one of the host nation's most dominant sports, both at a military level and during Olympic competition, Shin Jae-hoon led the way with victory in the men's individual recurve competition.

This followed their win yesterday in the men's team event.

Further home wins were secured in women's team 25 metre rapid fire pistol shooting, men's team golf and for Choi Kyu Woong in the men's 100m breaststroke swimming, who won in a time of 1:00.80.
