The International Boxing Association (AIBA) has launched a new mobile app here at the 2015 World Championships, giving boxing fans around the world access to all the latest news and results as they happen.

Available for iPhone and Android, the app provides video content from major championships, as well as up-to-the-minute rankings and a calendar of all AIBA, AIBA Pro Boxing and World Series of Boxing events. 

Users can also follow all the action and behind-the-scenes interviews from the World Championships in Qatar's capital, and watch the progress of their favourite boxers as they go for glory both here and throughout the season.

The World Championships are set to continue today with the quarter-finals taking place across each of the 10 weight categories. 

The finals are scheduled for October 14 and 15.
