Britain's tennis players have celebrated a successful showing at the International Federation for Sport for Athletes with an Intellectual Disability (INAS) Global Games in Ecuador.

The country ended with one gold medal, two silvers and a bronze at the event, which features more than 700 athletes from around the world in nine different sports.

After finishing unbeaten after five games, Great Britain's A team of Fabrice Higgins and Dominic Iannotti claimed gold in the men's team event, beating out Australia A and Czech Republic A who completed the podium.

The British were denied a second medal as the B team of Thomas Mellor and Peter Millar just missed out by finishing fourth.
