The outfits for Azerbaijani athletes participating at Sochi 2014 have been revealed ©Trend News AgencyDecember 27 - The outfits to be worn by the Azerbaijan national team at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics have been unveiled.

Designed by Italian fashion house Larusmiani, the uniforms have been developed using the country's colours of red, green and blue, and incorporate the National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan and Sochi 2014 logos.

Five athletes will be representing the nation at next year's Winter Olympics, including figure skating duo Alexei Sitnikov and Julia Zlobina, and alpine skiers Patrick Brahner, Cedric Notz and Gaia Bassani Antivari.

The delegation travelling to Sochi 2014 will be headed by Konul Nurullayeva, who is the team Chef de Mission and head of the National Olympic Committee's International Relations Department, while Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov, an NOC vice-president, President of the Winter Sports Federation and other important sports industry representatives will also be in attendance.

The country has fielded a Winter Olympic team since the Nagano 1998 Games.
